Executive Director & Co-Founder

9 Years of experience

MA in Counseling

Daniel Rothman is the co-founder and Executive Director of Alpine Integrative Wellness, a behavioral health group practice and postgraduate clinical training center serving Idaho's Treasure Valley and Wood River Valley. Since launching the practice in 2020 with co-founder Dr. Eryn Michaud, he has grown Alpine into a team of more than 20, with services spanning psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and psychological assessment for ADHD and autism.

As Executive Director, Daniel's job is to make excellent care easy to find and easy to access. He leads the practice's growth and operations — recruiting and developing talented clinicians, building relationships with insurance partners and the broader community, and ensuring that the experience of becoming a client is as smooth and welcoming as the care itself. He is especially focused on Alpine's dual mission: expanding access to high-quality mental health care across both valleys while supporting the training of the next generation of Idaho's therapists.

Daniel holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and spent over a decade in clinical practice and wilderness therapy before moving into full-time leadership — experience that keeps Alpine grounded in what actually helps people.
